Ranking Player Attributes

EventBeacon is an evaluation tool for college coaches with complete student-athlete profiles and event schedules. All notes and evaluations made in the app are visible to other college coaches within a given program. College coaches can export their notes and evaluations directly from the app.

Within the app, coaches have the ability to evaluate athletes based on a set of predetermined athlete attributes unique to their sport. To find this tab, either tap on an athlete’s profile and swipe over to the 'Evaluation' tab or tap the ‘Evaluate’ check mark icon in the bottom right hand corner of an athlete's roster card.

Once you’ve navigated to this screen, you can easily rank the player on each attribute on a scale of 1-5 stars by tapping on the star icons.

Evaluations will populate within an athlete's evaluation history at the bottom of the 'Evaluation' tab. Once you evaluate an athlete, the 'evaluate' indicator on the bottom right hand side of the student-athlete's roster card will turn green. This indicator is event specific. 

Keep in mind, the student-athlete will not be able to see your notes, ranking, or if you favorite them. The only people who are available to see your notes and evaluations is you and your coaching staff. To learn more about who can view your athlete evaluations, check out this article.
