EventBeacon is an evaluation tool for college coaches with complete student-athlete profiles and event schedules. All notes and evaluations made in the app are visible to other college coaches within a given program. College coaches can export their notes and evaluations directly from the app. 

To add a note on a student-athlete:

1. Tap an athlete profile
2. Tap the 'Evaluation' tab
3. Tap 'add a note here for this athlete...'
4. Tap the blue '+' icon to add your note

*You can also tap the 'Evaluate' check mark icon next to an athlete name

Once added, notes will immediately populate within the athlete's evaluation history at the bottom of the tab. The 'Evaluate' check mark icon next to the athlete name will also turn green (evaluated indicators are event specific). Notes are only visible to the college coach that made the note and any other college coaches within their given program.
