FAQ’s about Watchlist
Can I update my watchlist after I’ve watched an athlete play?
Yes! We know recruiting needs are constantly changing, which is why you can add/remove/change priority tiers athletes on your Watchlist at any time.
What if an athlete I want to watch isn’t appearing when I search for them?
There are two reasons why a participating athlete may not appear in the EventBeacon app:
-
The athlete’s profile has not yet been uploaded for this particular event.
-
We update each event’s athlete list on a rolling basis. It is likely that this athlete will become visible closer once their team’s roster is uploaded to our system. We recommend checking again closer to the event start date to add them to your list!
-
The team they are participating with did not submit a team roster.
-
Our event partners work hard to collect all team rosters before each event in order to provide coaches with the most accurate rosters and player information on site. If a player is not visible within EventBeacon, it is likely that their club did not submit a team roster for this particular event.
Why EventBeacon?
EventBeacon provides a superior event experience for both coaches and event administrators alike, while also empowering student-athletes to take control of their recruiting experience. With access to all relevant student-athlete recruiting information in the app, coaches are able to efficiently and effectively evaluate players on-site.
Similarly, event administrators are able to utilize the software to generate a coaches book in seconds, while also being able to make any roster or event changes immediately visible to coaches. The more efficient the coach’s experience, the more exposure for athletes, and the more exposure for athletes, the more successful an event. Available in the app store today!
