In addition to offering you full access to player recruiting profiles and evaluation tools, EventBeacon also allows you to take notes. Other coaches on your staff will have access to this information in order to recruit more effectively. 

In order to protect your best interests as a recruiter, the athletes that you choose to evaluate will not be able to see any evaluations, notes, or which action you performed. They will simply receive a view notification. However, that information will be shared with other coaches in your program within the app. This way, if a member of your staff evaluates a certain player at a later date, they will be able to see any previous notes, and are able to update the evaluations to better reflect the current state of that athlete’s fit within your program.
