EventBeacon was built with college coaches in mind. Our number one goal to enhance the experience of attending a recruiting event for the athletes, college coaches, and event operators. EventBeacon takes a college coach's target list of recruits and cross-references it with the event attendee list, helping them to build a dialed-in recruiting schedule.

Within the app coaches have access to all student-athlete recruiting information including highlight reels, athletic stats, academic accolades, and coach and student-athlete contact information. Coaches can see not only the athletes that they have favorited, but also which athletes have expressed interest in their program. College coaches can take notes on and evaluate each student-athlete competing. These evaluations are private and can only be made and reviewed by college coaches within the same program. For the most up-to-date information, download the event as close as you can to the start date or make sure to re-download the event before hitting the sidelines. All of the student-athletes that you and your staff have identified as target recruits can be found in one place. Reevaluate the talent the next time you see them on the circuit. These evaluations are not visible to student-athletes or anyone outside of your coaching staff.

Sync To Cloud

All of your evaluation activity is synced, so you can seamlessly share notes and ratings with your coaching staff from anywhere. Download your notes and student-athlete data to a CSV after the event in order to have all your evaluations in one place. Recruiting Schedule

We tell you how many of your target players are competing in each game, and how many players in that game have identified your program as one of their favorites. Spend your time watching the games that include players on your target list. You can filter the game schedule by Event Divisions, Athlete Grad Year, Athlete Position, and Home State to help optimize your day and be at the games that fit your recruiting needs. 

Creating a Watchlist

Keeping your prospect list organized is essential during a busy recruiting season. With EventBeacon, you can build out your ‘Watchlist’, and group athletes your program is interested in evaluating based on criteria that’s important to you. Once you’ve added athletes to your Watchlist, you can see exactly which games they’ll be participating in. By the time you’re on site, you’ll know exactly where to be and which student-athletes to look for.
