College Coaches have free and full use of EventBeacon. EventBeacon provides access to recruiting profiles of student-athletes attending recruiting events across the country. Our resources allow college coaches to access tons of valuable information about athletes they are recruiting on site at events.

Because of frequent internal college coach updates, it's likely you are already in our system to begin using EventBeacon. You may need to simply reset your password to gain access.  Any college coach with an educational institution email address (.edu) has the ability to "reset" their password, even if you never had one!

How to Login to EventBeacon:

1. Download the EventBeacon app from the Apple App Store.
2. Enter your school-issued email address (.edu) and password. Why do you need to have a .edu email address in order to use EventBeacon? Find out here.
3. If you forgot your password, click “Send Reset Code” and we’ll send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
4. If a message says “There doesn’t seem to be an account with that email yet.” then your username (school-issued .edu email address) is not recognized. You can request access to EventBeacon by selecting “Yes, Submit My Request”.
   
   You may also email us at help@eventbeacon.com and we can get you setup! We will need the following in order to plug you in and get your credentials to you ASAP:
        - Your name
        - Your coaching position
        - The name of the school
        - The sport you coach

Note: If you and/or your .edu email are not listed in your college's Athletics Staff Directory we will need confirmation from a coach on your staff that currently has access to EventBeacon that you may recruit on the university's behalf.
