The EventBeacon Rostering Tool (EBRT) allows event directors & team coaches to collect player data & roster information from each team registered to attend an event. Simply import the list of teams attending. We'll generate a unique link, custom to your event, that you can share with each team attending. From there, team coaches, directors, or managers can easily submit the team's entire player roster so that it is included in the coaches books & EventBeacon App.
To copy the unique rostering link for an event, use the following steps:
*Note: in order to copy a unique rostering link, the teams must be imported into the EventBeacon Admin system first. Please see this article on how to import teams.
1. Login to EBAS (the EventBeacon Admin System)
2. Find the event you wish to copy the link for.
3. Toggle to the "Manage Event" dropdown tab in the top right corner of the event and select "Copy Team Rostering Link."
4. The link will be copied to the clipboard.
How do teams submit their roster?
When team contacts click into your event rostering link, there will be a main landing page. Once they select a team, they will be able to copy & paste and/or directly type in their team roster. For more information, click here.
