If a coach/ team admin encounters technical difficulties when using the EventBeacon rostering tool, usually a small fix to the template can ensure a clean submission.
Certain information is required in order to submit a roster via the rostering tool:

- First Name (Athlete)*
- Last Name (Athlete)*
- Athlete Email*
- Grad Year*
- Jersey*

- Committed?
- Guardian Email
- Guardian 2 Email
- Phone Number
Team admins/coaches should follow these steps to submit their roster:
1. Once they have copy & pasted or typed their roster into the rostering tool, they can hover over cells highlighted in red to see what the specific error is and how to correct it.
2. Once the data has been fixed, they will able to continue with their roster submission.
- As an alternative if needed, event administrators have the ability to upload rosters in .csv file format via the EventBeacon Admin System. Here are instructions on how this can be done.
