The EventBeacon Rostering Tool (EBRT) allows data to flow directly into the EventBeacon App. Team admins, coaches, or parents can submit their roster directly into EventBeacon. The following article outlines the email template used by event operators when performing outreach to coaches. This template should be sent out on regular intervals prompting coaches to submit their roster for the event.
Note: Upon setup of the EventBeacon Rostering Tool, SportsRecruits staff will provide the event operator with unique rostering links and dashboard links for each event as well as a rostering template downloadable link. This links will be pasted into the below email template.

{Insert Event Name} will be using EventBeacon this summer in an effort to provide college coaches with an amazing onsite recruiting experience. As I am sure you have seen / heard, the IMLCA is making a big push for a consistent recruiting experience across all the summer events. Please have rosters submitted no later than {Insert Date}.
The process to get your rosters loaded up is very simple. If you are having any issues, the SportsRecruits support team is fantastic.
1. Download this template {Insert Template Link} and drop your team’s data in.
2. Click this {Insert Rostering Link} to roster your team: Roster My Team / Teams Now
A FEW TIPS WHEN UPLOADING
1. Emails: We only need one email listed in order to upload the rosters, If you are unsure of a player email leave it blank (do not put N/A in the slot)
2.. When uploading, you do not need a paid SportsRecruits profile. If you do not have one, simply click No, my organization is not on SportsRecruits and you will still be able to upload your roster
