The EventBeacon admin system (EBAS) makes it easy to add one off athletes to your event. In order to add an athlete you will need to have First/ Last Name, Grad Year, and Email. Jersey Number, Team Name, and Position are HIGHLY recommended when adding the athlete. Follow the steps below to add an athlete.
1. Login to EBAS
2. Find the event you wish to work on.
3. Click into the Athletes Tab.
4. Click the blue “Manage Athletes” button on the right of the screen.
5. Click “Add Athlete”
6. From there, you will fill in the relevant columns.
7. Once complete, you will click “Add Athlete” at the bottom.
