Removing an Athlete

If an athlete is dropped from an event or needs to be removed from the EventBeacon Admin System (EBAS), that can be completed easily.  Please note, if an athlete is removed from an event in EBAS, their SportsRecruits profile will not longer be linked to the Event Name.  Follow the directions below to remove an athlete. 

1. Login to EBAS 

2. Find the event you wish to work on.

3. Click into the Athletes Tab.

4. Scroll to find the specific athlete you wish to remove from the event, or search for the name in the search bar.

5. Once the athlete is found, click the gear icon to the right.

6. Select “Remove”

7. Another warning message will pop up.  Select “Remove” again.
