EventBeacon is a sideline evaluation tool for college coaches to use on site at recruiting events. The software syncs an event game schedule with the player information of all the athletes in attendance. Coaches can check in to a game and see the full rosters of both teams competing to streamline their recruiting process.

What Happens After Roster Submission

After a coach submits their team roster, each athlete's information is integrated with our SportsRecruits platform.

• For athletes who already have a SportsRecruits profile, we will simply link their existing profile to the event rosters.
• For athletes who do not yet have a SportsRecruits profile, a free one will be created for them!

If you need assistance making corrections or additions to your roster, fill out the form here and our team will be happy to assist. 

We will send an email to all student-athletes attending the event with detailed instructions about filling out their profile. Any information they include on their profile will be provided to the college coaches in attendance at EventBeacon events. Having the entire team fill this out is crucial to making sure that the correct information is in the book for college coaches.

With the EventBeacon technology, we are able to generate both paper books and a virtual coaches book that lives in the EventBeacon mobile app. This allows student-athletes to continue to update their information for the virtual coaches books even after the paper books are printed. Your athletes will have every opportunity to provide coaches with the most up to date information about themselves.
