The EventBeacon app allows you to download all of the event data for a particular event right in the app, meaning any necessary information you may need regarding an athlete is accessible regardless of whether or not you have access to the internet. Once downloaded, you will have the option to evaluate athletes, take notes, view their profile and more offline.

In order to download an event in seconds, follow these simple steps:

1. Login to the EventBeacon app
2. Scroll or search to find your desired event
3. Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner
4. Tap the button to the right of ‘Download Event’ so that it turns green
5. Remain in the app until the download is completed

Where can I access downloaded events?

Once downloaded, the event and all of its information will be available in the ‘Downloaded’ tab, located on the top row directly above the search bar. Click here for more information about recruiting in offline mode.

How Do I Remove an Event From My Downloaded Events?

If you previously downloaded an event and no longer need to access it offline, you can remove it from your downloaded events by clicking into the event. Once you’ve reached the event’s page, click the three vertical dots and toggle the green button next to “Download Event” so that it turns gray.
