The EventBeacon app offers an efficient in-app recruiting experience for college coaches to evaluate a high volume of athletes. However, we understand that no matter how great a piece of technology is, sometimes coaches prefer pen and paper! As a coach, you can have a PDF coaches book sent to your email for any event, print it out, and take it with you on the road.

The PDF coaches book will include a team roster with complete profile + contact information for every athlete competing in the event. To generate a book, follow these steps:

1. Click into the event you are looking to export athletes from
2. Click the three white dots in the top right corner of the screen 
3. Choose “Export Coaches Books”
4. Click "Send"
5. Click "Close"

What information is included in the coaches book export?

Coaches books will include only the most essential athlete information. It is a CSV-style layout that limits each team roster to just a single page. A maximum of 33 athletes will appear on each page roster, with contact information for 2 team coaches. If a team has more than 33 players on its roster, additional athletes will only be accessible in the EventBeacon app.

Athlete information will include:

• Jersey #
• First + Last Name
• Grad Year
• Position
• High School
• Phone Number + Email Address
• College Commitment Status

Can I get all of this information in CSV format?

EventBeacon gives you the option to neatly export player data by sending a CSV export directly to your email address. The CSV export will only contain data for those athletes which you have favorited, evaluated, or taken notes on. It is not possible to export a CSV coaches book that contains contact information for every athlete at the event.
