Once your event video is uploaded to EventBeacon On Demand, you can continue to manage the video from the Admin System. This article will address:

How to Reassign a Video to a Different Game on the Schedule

Once a video is uploaded to the EventBeacon Admin System, you can reassign that video to a different game on the schedule rather than having to delete the video & re-upload the file.

1. Login to the EventBeacon Admin System
2. Choose the event from the event listings
3. Navigate to the "Schedule" tab
4. Click "Edit Video" next to the corresponding game
5. Click the dropdown arrow below the "Game Assigned" section below the video
6. Choose a different game from the schedule to assign the video to
7. Click "Save"

In the dropdown menu of games, you'll see which games already have a game video assigned to them. If you assign a game video to a game that already has another video associated with it, the original video will be deleted.

How to Delete a Video

Deleting a video from the EventBeacon Admin System will also delete the video from EventBeacon On Demand.

1. Login to the EventBeacon Admin System
2. Choose the event from the event listings
3. Navigate to the "Schedule" tab
4. Click "Edit Video" next to the corresponding game
5. Click "Delete Video"
6. Click "Delete Video" once more

How to Remove Videos from EBOD Without Deleting Them

You can host game video files in the admin system without publishing them to EventBeacon On Demand for coaches to access. If you have already published your event video to EBOD, you can easily un-publish it for any reason.

1. Login to the EventBeacon Admin System
2. Choose the event from the event listings
3. Navigate to the "Schedule" tab
4. Un-publish the video from EBOD by toggling the "Publish Video to EventBeacon On Demand" to off/gray.

You can publish and un-publish the video as often as you'd like. Anytime the toggle is green, that means college coaches can access & view the video in EventBeacon On Demand. You cannot publish or un-publish individual game videos, only the entire event.

How to Share The Entire Video Library with College Coaches

Game film on EventBeacon On Demand is free for all college coaches to watch. To share the video with a specific group of college coaches, first make sure the video is published to EBOD.

Then simply send them the link to EventBeacon On Demand. After logging in, each coach will be able to choose your event from the event listings and watch any of the game videos.

How to Share A Single Game Video with College Coaches

To share a specific video from an event with college coaches:

1. Login to the EventBeacon Admin System
2. Choose the event from the event listings
3. Navigate to the "Schedule" tab
4. Make sure the video is published to EBOD
5. Click "edit video" next to the game you'd like to share
6. Click "copy link" next to the URL identified as the College Coach EventBeacon On Demand Link

You can send this link to any college coach to direct them right to the specific video of your choice within EBOD.
