EventBeacon is a sideline evaluation tool for college coaches to use on site at recruiting events. The software syncs an event game schedule with the player information of all the athletes in attendance. Coaches can check in to a game, and see the full rosters of both teams competing to streamline their recruiting process.

What is EventBeacon?

EventBeacon is a mobile app designed to help college coaches streamline their recruiting efforts at events. It matches a coach's target list of recruits with the event's attendee list, enabling them to create a focused recruiting schedule.

EventBeacon Features for College Coaches

Within the app coaches have access to all the student-athlete recruiting information including athletic stats, academic accolades, coach and student-athlete contact information, and more on the student-athlete's profile. Coaches can see the athletes that they have favorited, the athletes that have expressed interest in their program, and build out a watchlist. College coaches can also take notes on and evaluate each student-athlete competing. These evaluations are private and can only be made and reviewed by college coaches within the same program.
