This article contains example emails event parters can use when sending messages to coaches pre-event.  The following emails explain that the event will be available through the EventBeacon App and contains links for them to access it. The following emails consist of an Explanation of Partnership, Blurb to Insert into Emails, and a Stand Alone Email. 

Explanation of Partnership

Rosters and schedules at EVENT COMPANY recruiting events will be available via the EventBeacon app which is free for coaches. Check out this quick video for an overview of the app.

Download EventBeacon to your phone or tablet prior to the event in order to:

• Access every student athlete’s academic and athletic information, take notes, and make evaluations.

• Build a tiered watchlist of athletes you want to recruit.

• See which athletes are interested in your program.

• Build a strategic recruiting schedule for yourself & your staff.

• Export of your notes, evaluations, and player data following the event.

Sign in with your .edu email address and your SportsRecruits password. If you have not set one yet, simply click “reset password.” Reach out to help@eventbeacon.com for support.

Blurb to Insert into Emails

As a part of this event, we are providing you with free access to EventBeacon at this event, an evaluation tool for college coaches with complete athlete information and event schedules. All evaluations made in the app can be directly exported to your CRM of choice. Download the app to your phone or tablet. The game schedule can be accessed before the event via the EventBeacon app, and any changes will be reflected in real time.

Thanks for registering to attend {{Event Name}}! We’ve teamed up with EventBeacon to enhance the recruiting experience for you by giving you free access to the EventBeacon app at {{Event Partner}} events. 

EventBeacon provides you with early access to the event schedule, complete athlete information, and evaluation tools so that you can focus your recruiting efforts on the players you’re most interested in. Any player data, notes, and evaluations you make within the app can be exported to your recruiting software of choice.

Any changes, including schedule updates, player information, and teams attending are instantly visible in the app, meaning you’ll have access to the most accurate and up to date information before, during, and after the event.
