This article contains example emails event parters can use when sending messages to athletes or families pre-event.  The following emails explain that once an athlete is rostered for an event, SportsRecruits will create a free SportsRecruits profile for them, or link their existing one.  The following emails consist of an Explanation of Partnership, Blurb to Insert into Emails, and a Stand Alone Email. 

Explanation of Partnership

SportsRecruits, the exclusive recruiting tool of EVENT COMPANY, is providing resources for families & college coaches in attendance at our events!

SportsRecruits will contact players & their families directly to provide access to a free SportsRecruits profile to complete. Using SportsRecruits, we will put the student-athletes in control of what information is provided to college coaches. Athletes will be able to update their athletic and academic information leading up to, during, and after the event. 

College Coaches will have full access to this information by simply logging in to EventBeacon, a product powered by SportsRecruits. This sideline evaluation tool will allow college coaches to access the most up to date athlete information, build a strategic recruiting schedule onsite, and focus their recruiting efforts on the players they are most interested in.

All of the families attending our events will have access to educational webinars hosted by the recruiting specialists at SportsRecruits. They will offer advice about leveraging tournaments and showcases during your recruiting process!

Blurb to Insert into Emails

As part of your participation in this event, you are receiving a free SportsRecruits account. Prior to the event, you will be sent instructions on how to login and update your player profile with all of your athletic and academic information. We recommend completing it to the best of your ability, as all information listed on your profile will be visible to college coaches on-site via the digital coaches book.
