Team Contact Info: Follow Up With a Program After an Event

Team Contact Info lets you reach a program's coaching staff directly from EventBeacon, so you can follow up on an athlete you saw at an event without tracking down contact details anywhere else.

How do I find a team's contact info?

1. Open the event and go to the Games tab.
2. Select the game card for the team you're looking for.
3. Select that team's roster.
4. Tap Team Contact.

5. A modal opens with that team's coaching staff contact info.

    

Is contact info available for every team?

Not always. SportsRecruits doesn't collect contact information for every team at every event. If it's not available for a team you look up, you'll see:

No Contact Info Available. Reach out to the event operator for help with getting contact info for this team.

Who can see this information?

Any college coach attending the event can see a team's contact info through the Team Contact button.

FAQ

Can I contact a team before I've evaluated any of their athletes? Yes. Team Contact Info isn't tied to notes, evaluations, or Tags. It's available on the team's roster page any time you're looking at that game.

Does this replace the athlete's own Contact tab on their profile? No. The Contact tab on an individual athlete's profile shows the athlete's and guardian's information. Team Contact Info is separate, and shows the program's coaching staff instead.
