Event Administrators are able to utilize several tools in EventBeacon’s Admin System that will allow them to make any necessary adjustments leading up to and during their events. From frequent roster updates to last minute location changes, our user friendly platform allows Event Operators to manage all event data in one place.
EventBeacon was designed so that Event Administrators have a single location to manage all event data. Within the dashboard, administrators are able to seamlessly switch between events, make roster and coaching changes, update teams and divisions, and input any schedule or location changes as they occur. These features make it possible to communicate any same-day changes to coaches, which previously has been very difficult to do at large-scale recruiting events.

Event Management Tools
Once you’ve clicked into an event, you will have the option to view all event data by clicking on each tab, respectively. Each tab will contain contact information and/or event logistics, which will be helpful for you as an administrator. From here you will be able to access phone numbers or emails of coaches and players you may need to reach out to, and will have the option to edit any information pertinent to the coaches books (jersey #, team name, field location, etc.). This gives you complete control over what appears to coaches in EventBeacon, and allows you to communicate any necessary information to them on-site or leading up to the event.
Updating Event Data
One of the most helpful components of the platform is the ability for you to make updates to event data, either manually or through a bulk import, at any time. This way, you will not have to rely on a third party event partner to make any necessary changes, allowing you to be much more efficient while preparing for your event.
Coaches Books and Athlete Lists
Creating a coaches book, in addition to being incredibly time consuming when done manually, is often outdated soon after (or even before) an event starts, as roster/location/scheduling changes are common. With EventBeacon, all athlete information is pulled from players’ SportsRecruits profiles and verified by us to make sure it is accurate and up-to-date. This means you no longer have the burden of collecting massive amounts of player information in addition to all the other logistics required for running an event. On top of that, our coaches books and athlete lists are generated in seconds, allowing you to update it as many times as you’d like before an event.
