This article contains example emails event parters can use when sending messages to athletes or families pre-event.  The following emails explain that once an athlete is rostered for an event, SportsRecruits will create a free SportsRecruits profile for them, or link their existing one.  The following emails consist of an Explanation of Partnership, Blurb to Insert into Emails, and a Stand Alone Email. 

Explanation of Partnership

SportsRecruits, the exclusive recruiting platform of EVENT COMPANY, is providing resources for families & college coaches in attendance at our events!

SportsRecruits will email players & their families directly before the event to provide access to a free SportsRecruits profile to complete. Using SportsRecruits, student-athletes are in control of what information is provided to college coaches. Athletes will be able to update their athletic and academic information in their SportsRecruits profile leading up to, during, and after the event.

College Coaches will have full access to this information on the sidelines during the event by simply logging in to EventBeacon, a Roster & Scheduling app powered by SportsRecruits. This tool will allow college coaches to access the most up to date athlete information, build a strategic recruiting schedule onsite, and focus their recruiting efforts on the players they are most interested in.

All of the families attending our events have access to educational webinars hosted by the recruiting specialists at SportsRecruits. During these free webinars they will offer advice about leveraging tournaments and showcases during your recruiting process!

As part of your participation in this event, you will receive access to a Free SportsRecruits account automatically created for you. Prior to the event, you will be emailed instructions on how to login and update your profile with all of your athletic and academic information. We recommend completing it to the best of your ability, as all information listed on your profile will be visible to college coaches on-site via EventBeacon, a Roster & Scheduling app powered by SportsRecruits.
