EventBeacon On Demand is a virtual evaluation tool that is completely free for college coaches. All game footage filmed at events powered by EventBeacon are posted to this platform for coaches to view, while also providing side-by-side rosters of every athlete playing.

Coaches, in addition to watching the game film, are also able to “Favorite” or “Skip” student-athletes while watching games on EventBeacon On Demand. If you are watching a game and are impressed with one or more student-athletes, you have the option of “Favoriting” them. To do this, click the heart icon in the bottom left corner of their player tab. Once you click it, the icon will turn red and that player will be added to your “Favorites” list, which will allow you to organize and manage the athletes you are interested in.

You also have the option to “skip” athletes who you may not be interested in recruiting at this time. To do so, click the “eye” icon to the right of the “heart” icon. Once clicked, that student-athlete will immediately be moved to the bottom of the team roster.

If you accidentally skip a student-athlete, you are able to bring them back up to the top of your roster by de-selecting the eye shaped icon or clicking the heart icon and favoriting them. This allows you to focus on the student-athletes that are a good fit for your program, while also keeping your player information organized as you watch.

Please note: Student-athletes will not be notified if you favorite or skip them in order to protect your privacy as a recruiter.
